I have been watching it either. So please keep up with it. I am running a Khmer community website so this is my next step if Kootali has all the FB does.

The status part of Kootali was missed, but they are working on adding this right now.

Hi, i am in the process of acquiring funds so to buy the Kootali licence. currently i have an existing social site with .ning, and when i purchase Kootali, id like to migrate all members with they existing details & content to Kootali…do you guys have a supporting script to member & content migrate without my members having to register all over again. i have 660 existing members and i would not like to have them reregister.

lastly, id like to pose the question again from my previous enquiry as was not answered…why can’t friends comment on my status updates as that’s what makes social networks cool i.e (facebook, twitter)

i don’t see features like status update where your friends can add comment whenever u update your status? as that what seems to be popular features with facebook especially in my country…i can see that, i can update my status but friends cannot comment, and can it not be centered like facebook so to be noticed instead of the top left hand corner?

2nd, in my inbox i cannot see the avatar of my friends who have sent me emails, just the message?

otherwise, i am completely sold on this Kootali

The new version does not have this option at the moment, however it will be available as an addon module soon, maybe mid-April.

Does the New Kootali have “Chat” Feature Installed ? So Members can Chat on Kootali ? I can’t see the Chat feature ? Show Me. Thanks

Kootali can support Spanish, but you will need to translate the files yourself.
