Simplicity can lead to more difficulties: how do you stay at the top of web services?
Building a great web service is maybe easy, but to be the best one and conserve this place is more complicated. The step could be in appearance less high but in reality the simplicity leads to a larger competition and a multiplication of those who want to try their chance in a profitable market. To have the best and most attractive site and concept you have to follow some efficiency rules.
You have to put on the skin of your potential customers.
Your site has to progress with the mind and desire of your customers.
Each minute spent on your site tallies with a different and often more and more specific and demanding wish. The customer is the king and you are the one only responsible for your success or your failure. But each hurdle crossed on your site is a new proof of your good performance. The goal is obviously to succeed in pulling and keeping maximum people and for the longest time.
It’s at this point that you have to do something different. Your customers must want to come back to you and refer you to others as well, and this needs to be consistent.
The interaction between your site and customers is the key to your success and achievement.
You won’t just be on top of the world, but at the top of Google as well!
